Lead Enablement Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Enablement Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Enablement Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Enablement Department supporting software development and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Lead Enablement Engineer Location:Rockville, Maryland or Tysons VA (Hybrid 3 days on site) Pay Range:$86/hr W2 What's the Job? Own, drive, and create comprehensive training programs for FINRA's Software Development Lifecycle 3.0 (SDLC with AI integration), serving as the definitive resource for software delivery practices across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration into training programs and organizational workflows. Design and maintain instructional materials, including presentations, videos, documentation, and hands-on labs, reflecting current and emerging SDLC practices. Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for diverse audiences, adapting delivery styles to meet varying technical proficiency levels. Manage project plans, track training effectiveness, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and technological advancements.What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. Hands-on experience with AI integration in SDLC, including AI-powered development tools. Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs and instructional content. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.What's in it for me?
