This includes oversight of all mechanical, electrical, janitorial and Material Handling Equipment and the related maintenance. Normally only one site unless there is an overflow building.Essential FunctionsApply corporate oversight of all maintenance programs at all of our dry facilities. This will include the building envelope, grounds, parking lots along with MHE used within the four wallsIdentify cost containment or savings and coordinate with facility manager in application effortsAssist in developing and applying Material Handling Equipment maintenance programs at facility assignedOversee janitorial duties and food safety.
