You'll work closely with Directors to deliver comprehensive financial and investment deliverables, engage clients in meaningful financial conversations, and support continuous process improvements through innovative technology. Additionally, you'll manage workflow among associates and administrative staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.Salary: $95-115K, with some hybrid flexibility after training.Location: Cleveland, OHRequired Skills5 to 7 years of tax and financial planning experienceProficiency in individual and pass-through entity taxationStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Experience using Client Service Management software and financial planning tools like eMoney or investment performance platformsDemonstrated commitment to professional excellence and client satisfactionSelf-starter with resourcefulness and analytical thinkingTeam-oriented with flexibility and adaptabilityNice to Have SkillsInvestment management experienceCPA or CFP designation (candidates pursuing these credentials are also encouraged to apply)Preferred Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5 to 7 years of relevant tax and financial planning experienceOther RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to stay updated with industry regulations and technology toolsTake the next step in your career and bring your expertise to a forward-thinking firm committed to excellence.
