SAP (SuccessFactors) HRIS CoordinatorLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $70-85K/yearDescription:Loeb & Loeb’s New York office seeks an HRIS Coordinator to support the various functions of the firm’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system, SAP SuccessFactors, including employee data management, timekeeping, recruiting, benefits. This position will support both the People Operations (HR) and local Office Administration teams.Responsibilities:Data Management: Input and update employee information:Maintain position management and update employee informationCollect and carefully review all paperwork for entry into HRIS, including new hire forms, benefits selections, change forms, etc.User Support: Provide support to employees and managers:Maintain shared HRIS troubleshooting mailbox by managing routine issues and escalating non-routine issues appropriatelyProvide support to employees and managers for staff time & attendance in Employee Central Time (ECT)Troubleshoot staff time sheet issuesPayroll/Benefits: Coordinate employee data changes with Managers, Payroll and Benefits teamsReporting: Generate routine and basic ad hoc reports; review reports for accuracySystem Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades by testing features and creating Quick Reference GuidesThird Party Support: Create and maintain status of HRIS issues escalated to a customer support ticketing platformPerformance: support mid-year and annual review processesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience working with various modules in SAP SuccessFactorsExperience with PlanSource benefits platform strongly preferredLaw firm or other professional services firm is preferredStrong attention to detail is essentialExcellent time management skills and ability to handle a variety of projects in a fast-paced and sometimes reactionary environmentAbility to work some overtime as necessary to meet deadlinesProfessional business references and a background check will be required for all final applicants selected for a position.
