Accounting / Administrative Analyst”

Leading Global Banking group active in a broad range of financial products, including banking, capital markets, asset management, insurance, and private equity, seeks an “Administration Analyst – Officer” with 3 to 10 years of related experience preferably acquired in international banking, money center banking, or a related financial firm to support to support branch administration, accounting operations, vendor management, and related control functions. The Administration Analyst - Officer will be responsible for processing overhead expense payments including invoices, wire instructions and checks, reviewing and verifying vendor invoices and payment instructions, and preparing reconciliations and analysis of Administration ledger accounts. Additional Responsibilities:• Process overhead expense payments, including invoices, wire instructions, and checks.• Review and verify vendor invoices and payment instructions.• Prepare reconciliations and analysis of Administration ledger accounts.• Process journal entries and accounting data input into QuickBooks and Midas (GL).• Onboard and maintain vendor records in QuickBooks.• Assist in preparation of annual overhead expense budgets and support preparation of sales/use tax and commercial rent tax filings.• Manage off-site records storage, reconciliations, and annual destruction processes.• Assist with annual branch-wide policy and procedures review process.• Support updates to customer account records databases (Midas / Summit).• Coordinate business travel arrangements and general administrative support activities.• Support purchasing of office supplies, premises needs, vendor services, and equipment maintenance.• Assist with annual vendor tax withholding and reporting processes.Qualifications:• Accounting background with knowledge of basic accounting principles required.• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.• Knowledge of Midas and Summit a plus but not necessary.• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-focused approachThis is an excellent opportunity to learn, intern, and grow in a professional working environment and growing global firm.
