The successful candidate will be the senior finance leader for the community, providing strategic financial guidance to the Hospital CEO and senior leadership team. This executive will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the finance function, including oversight of accounting, payroll, budgeting, and decision support functions. Key responsibilities also include cash management, financial planning, capital plan preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting and internal controls.Candidates for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA, MBA, or Master’s in a related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior financial leadership within a hospital or large healthcare organization is required, with a proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, and operational performance improvement. Experience in revenue cycle improvement is also preferred. The role demands an individual with executive-level healthcare finance leadership experience, a strong operational finance background, and the ability to drive performance metrics.
