The Pay Is: $19.00 per hour The Work Schedule is: This position requires in person training for the first three weeks, from 8:30 am- 5 pm. After training, the role follows a hybrid schedule: two days per week in office and three days working from home. Regular hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm M-F. Overtime may be required based on business needs Work Location: 1000 Yard St. Grandview Heights, OH 43212 Free parking Weekly Pay and Health Benefits Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: The Annuity New Business Underwriting Team performs a wide range of functions, primarily focusing on reviewing and underwriting good order requirements, keying and issuing annuity new business contracts, and preparing and sending Letter of Acceptance packets. The team supports fixed, fixed indexed, and variable annuity products and ensures all work in completed within established service level agreements. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a structured, process driven environment and looks to embrace change and adapt/flex as needed. Skills: Transaction processing experience in a fast paced financial environment strongly preferred Proven experience exhibiting exceptional organizational, follow-through, and multi-tasking skills is required Experience working in an environment where use of PC was required at least 50% of time worked. Experience maneuvering between screens/systems is also required Advanced alpha/numeric data entry skills required with proven track record of accuracy and meeting high productivity standards Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with others required in order to work in cohesive team and contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment Proven problem solving and customer focus Effective Written/Oral Communication skills required Ability to work additional hours as required to meet work volume goals Must embrace responsibility for identification and implementation of process efficiency Qualifications: Education: Undergraduate studies preferred One to two years’ experience with inputting data into a computer system An engaging, passionate and driven personality.
