We work with property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, and commercial buildings to help them respond quickly to property emergencies.Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will mainly focus on relationship building and company visibility.Business DevelopmentVisit apartment complexes and property management officesIntroduce Mr. & Mrs. Restore servicesLeave marketing materials and contact informationBuild relationships with property managers and leasing officesNetworking & OutreachAttend local business events or chamber meetingsConnect with real estate officesVisit construction companies and maintenance teamsLead GenerationIdentify buildings and businesses that may need restoration servicesCollect contact information for decision makersSchedule meetings for the ownerSocial Presence (Optional)Help record short videos of projectsShare company updates on LinkedIn / InstagramPromote company brand locallyIdeal CandidatePerfect for students from:Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU)Hodges UniversityNaples community collegesTraits:Friendly and confident, good communicator, organized, comfortable meeting new people, interest in sales or entrepreneurship, no restoration experience required.Compensation:$20/hourPaid internshipWeekly work planKey Objectives:Visit 1015 properties per weekSchedule 35 meetingsAdd 20 new contacts to CRM
