Apply today!About the roleAs a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the planned, unplanned, and preventative maintenance tasks required to ensure safe and efficient operational effectiveness of equipment and systems which enable Reworld's industrial disposal process.Position Responsibilities:Effectively complete preventive maintenance tasks per maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns of equipment and operational downtimeUtilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown and line stoppages collaborating with various teams and stakeholdersPrioritize work to ensure timely maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, tools, and utility systems to minimize production downtime and complete all required paperwork and documentation in the company's computerized maintenance documentation programUtilize Reworld's defined maintenance documentation program to open and close out work orders, check out spare parts, and other activities as required in the plant.Repair and/or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as necessaryObserve and evaluate the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions utilizing mechanical devicesReview maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activitiesInspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety performance standards.Position Requirements & Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, preferredA minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environmentMust have the ability to work a rotating shift scheduleTotal Rewards & Compensation:Competitive Base SalaryDay one employee benefits: competitive health insurance options, PTO, retirement savings plan and 401K matchIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $82,900.00 - $110,400.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary.
