They value continuous improvement, accountability, and giving employees real ownership over their work.Job DescriptionSupport and maintain site quality systems in line with ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, and customer requirementsLead internal, customer, and third‑party audits from preparation through close‑outManage document control, SOP updates, and change management activitiesLead root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEADevelop, implement, and track CAPAs to ensure long‑term effectivenessOwn customer complaint investigations and prepare clear, professional responsesPartner with Operations and Engineering to reduce defects and improve process capabilityProvide quality support on the manufacturing floor, including deviations and nonconformancesSupport new product introductions, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and process changesAnalyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
