The objective is to create clarity across a large portfolio of applications by documenting what exists, how systems are used, and how they relate to one another. This is a highly analytical, documentation-focused role that blends elements of business analysis, research, and structured problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders across technology and business teams to understand applications and systemsConduct discovery sessions to document what tools do, how they’re used, and what processes they supportOrganize applications into structured categories and logical groupingsBuild and maintain a centralized service catalog (Excel or similar tools)Analyze similarities, overlaps, and gaps across systemsCreate clear, structured documentation to support decision-makingContribute to broader Technology Lifecycle Governance efforts QualificationsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAbility to gather information, ask the right questions, and connect conceptsOrganized and detail-oriented approach to documentationComfortable working in an evolving, less-defined environmentStrong communication skills and ability to engage with different teams Required SkillsExperience in business analysis, research, or documentation-focused workExposure to enterprise systems or SaaS toolsExperience working with Excel or data organization tools Preferred SkillsProject-based role with an initial 6–12 month timelinePotential for extension based on business needs
