Program Manager - Product Development

Our leading innovative consumer brand is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule onsite in Santa Clara Valley or Culver City, CA. Duration: Long term assignment; extensions approved quarter by quarter.The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex programs that drive product development and business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of integrity and communication while ensuring effective problem-solving and conflict management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex programs and projects.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams to resolve conflicts and enhance teamwork.Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project lifecycle and promote incremental delivery.Implement backlog tracking, burn down metrics, and velocity assessments for ongoing performance evaluation.Oversee product development processes, ensuring alignment with business intelligence and marketing strategies.Manage risk by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster growth and enhance performance tracking.Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media and web technologies for maximum impact.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or marketing environment.Strong skills in communication, rapport building, and cross-functional collaboration.Proficient in PHP Development, LAMP Stack, and CMS Systems.Experience with business intelligence, supply chain, and digital marketing strategies.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Strong understanding of digital image and video file formats, Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud.Demonstrated leadership abilities and creative thinking skills.Excellent problem-solving capabilities and experience in conflict management.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
