You'll work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure all material is moved efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role is perfect for someone who has mastered multiple types of forklifts and thrives in a high-volume, high-paced warehouse environment.The schedule for this role is Friday through Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH.Who You AreExperienced: You have 3+ years of experience operating each of the following: Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, Sit-Down ForkliftSafety-Focused: You operate with safety as your top priority, following all procedures and protocolsReliable & Consistent: You're dependable, show up on time, and can be counted on to keep things movingAdaptable: You're comfortable with shifting priorities and different work zones across the distribution centerTeam-Oriented: You communicate clearly and support your teammates to hit shared goalsHow You Will Make an ImpactOperate a variety of forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials in the distribution centerLoad and unload products from trailers safely and efficientlySupport inbound and outbound operations with accurate material handlingMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environmentPerform equipment inspections and notify maintenance of any issuesSupport other warehouse functions as neededPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaksWalk the floor extensively, averaging 10,000+ steps per dayLift and move items up to 20 lbs regularly throughout the shiftFrequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motionAbout PayWe pay competitive market rates.
