Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take food and drink orders and relay to the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities - Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of fine dining etiquette is a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Joining our team as a Server offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your hospitality skills while providing exceptional service to our valued guests.
