Description:Avesta Housing is seeking a Director of Independent Living to work at our assisted living residence, 75 State Street. This position leads the 15-member Independent Living team to ensure maximum resident satisfaction and business success for the 88-unit Independent Living community. This critical management position oversees resident custodial care services, robust resident activities programs, and salon services.About 75 State StreetLocated in the historic West End neighborhood of Portland, Maine, 75 State Street is a nonprofit senior community offering a continuum of care that includes Independent Living and Assisted Living.
