We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns.We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Exton clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. If you are dedicated to supporting young people in their mental health journeys, we encourage you to apply.Schedule & HoursPart-Time, approximately 15–20 hours per weekEvening availability required (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)Weekend hours available based on program needs and candidate availabilityPosition OverviewThe Adolescent Counselor will be responsible for:Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clientsFacilitating group therapy sessions for adolescentsConducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plansCollaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progressMonitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicatedMaintaining timely and accurate clinical documentationParticipating in clinical meetings and care coordinationSupporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assignedKey CompetenciesThe Ideal Candidate DemonstratesExpertise in adolescent mental health and co-occurring conditionsStrong assessment and treatment planning skillsAbility to engage teens in meaningful therapeutic workEffective communication with families and support systemsCultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgroundsCommitment to ethical standards and clinical best practicesQualificationsRequired:Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services fieldCompletion of a clinical-based internship or practicumPreferredExperience providing therapy to adolescents in outpatient settingsPyramid CORE ValuesWe are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
