Experienced (Attorney III) or newly admitted (Attorney) with a passion for litigation. No prior workers’ comp experience required for Attorney. Newly admitted attorneys are highly encouraged to join our team. The incumbent/successful candidate may also be required to appear at other WCAB offices and locations on occasion.To facilitate local in-person hearings, we seek candidates located within Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Kern County. Reimbursement for local travel will be provided within the allowable mile radius.
