Client Services Coordinator

A company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate information to client inquiries, including statuses and corrections Communicate with clients and field representatives via phone and email Update and maintain job statuses for audits and assist with complaints and account questions Required Qualifications 1 - 2 years in customer service or related interpersonal communications Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong time management and organizational skills Experience in a fast-paced work environment
