DescriptionCommunity Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.We are now hiring a Full-Time Medical Coordinator in Manhattan, NY. The Medical Coordinator will plan, track, monitor, and ensure that all clients’ needs are being met within appropriate time frames. The Medical Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling all annual, follow-up, and emergency medical appointments.
