This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of a high-profile U.S. Dept. of Defense (DoD) program with Congressional mandates for the national security of DoD systems.  In this role, you will collaborate on requirements with cybersecurity peers and government counterparts and ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team with a deep level of cyber expertise.  If you thrive on being proactive and you take pride in your ability to pivot to meet the needs of the mission, apply today! • Work with project stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements, and ensure that deliverables satisfy these requirementEnsure all assigned projects and tasking are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.• Clarify and communicate the project scope and ongoing progress to project team members.• Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure buy-in and project success.• Monitor and track project execution against project plan and budget.• Ensure that all project estimates are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the project.• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.• Meet budgetary objectives and adjusts project constraints based on financial input from program management team.• Identify project risks throughout the life of the project.• Mitigate overall project risk through conflict and issue resolution with the project team.• Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk mitigation strategies aligned with the success of the project.• Effectively communicate and manage expectations of internal and external team members throughout the project lifecycle, including being a key interface with the customer for the project.• Report on project results, metrics, key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path requirements.• Develop trusted advisor relationship with project and customer stakeholders. Required:Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant project management experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.Strong network and installation acumen.Ability to present findings to high level government leaders and FTI management. Ability to manage program training requirements.Strong leadership abilities.Must be adaptable with the ability to pivot as the needs of the mission evolve. Preferred:Previous management experience.
