Investment Banking Associate 1/2 - Consumer M&A

We are currently partnering with a leading Investment Bank in Boston seeking to hire an Associate 1 / Associate 2 into their highly active Consumer M&A team.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top-performing platform with strong deal flow, high-profile clients, and significant exposure to live sell-side M&A transactions across the Consumer sector.While prior Consumer experience is preferred, candidates from other sector teams will absolutely be considered provided they possess strong Sell-Side M&A execution experience.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution of live M&A transactions, primarily focused on sell-side mandatesPreparation of financial models, valuation analysis, and marketing materialsManaging due diligence processes and data roomsSupporting senior bankers in client interaction and transaction managementCoordinating with legal counsel, buyers, and other advisors throughout live processesMentoring and overseeing Analysts on live deal executionAssisting in business development initiatives and pitch materialsCandidate Requirements3–6 years of Investment Banking experienceStrong Sell-Side M&A execution experience is essentialPrevious experience at a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, or Mid-Market Investment Bank preferredExcellent financial modelling and valuation capabilitiesStrong communication and client management skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree with strong academic credentialsWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to join a highly regarded Consumer M&A franchiseStrong deal pipeline and active transaction environmentExcellent career progression opportunitiesCompetitive compensation structureCollaborative and entrepreneurial cultureExposure to high-profile clients and transactions
