About the CompanyUS company focused on procurement and supply chain management, dedicated to optimizing processes and ensuring quality in materials and services.About the RoleThe role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring stable material supply, and optimizing procurement solutions in line with market conditions.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement processes for all categories of materials, engineering supplies and services for the US company, independently conducting supplier sourcing, price comparison and negotiation, order placement and delivery follow-up.Review internal procurement demands and budgets, determine optimal procurement locations, and monitor the entire process of production, logistics and customs clearance to ensure stable material supply.Handle procurement quality issues, product return and replacement, invoice verification, payment coordination and other after-sales and financial related work.Maintain master data of materials and suppliers to ensure accurate and standardized procurement data management.Source and manage overseas suppliers, conduct regular supplier performance appraisal, continuously optimize the supply chain and mitigate procurement risks.Optimize procurement solutions in line with local U.S. market conditions and compliance requirements, and support corporate compliance procedures and centralized procurement planning of the headquarters.Cooperate with cross-functional teams and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above, major in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management or related fields is preferred.Required SkillsAt least 3 years of working experience in procurement and supply chain management, proficient in full-cycle procurement operations with independent practical capabilities and business negotiation skills.Fluent in English (working proficiency), capable of independently communicating with overseas suppliers and processing English business documents.Competent in cross-cultural communication between China and the US, able to efficiently coordinate with China headquarters; experience in Chinese-funded overseas enterprises is preferred.Proficient in ERP, SRM and other procurement systems; capable of procurement risk identification and problem-solving.Strong execution, compliance awareness and sense of responsibility, good pressure resistance and cross-team collaboration capabilities.Preferred SkillsExperience in Chinese-funded overseas enterprises.Pay range and compensation packageCompensation details to be discussed during the interview process.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
