👋 About Ussunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.About The RoleAs Senior Program Manager, Revenue Operations at sunday, you are the operational backbone of our RevOps function - the execution orchestrator that makes everything ship. You report to Lauren Mischke, Head of Revenue Operations, and work as her strategic right hand. You sit at the center of a function being actively rebuilt as a commercial systems and intelligence organization - owning sprint cycles, intake prioritization, documentation governance, and the cross-pillar operating cadence that lets the team deliver consistently and at scale. This isn’t a back-office PMO role. You partner directly with leaders across Revenue Platforms, GTM Engineering, and Commercial Operations to ensure work gets sequenced, prioritized, and shipped. You join at the moment of build - not maintenance -and help define what “great” looks like at sunday RevOps.Why This Role Stands Out This is a Priority 1 hire — you directly unlock the Head of RevOps’ capacity to lead strategically You join at the moment of build, shaping operating systems from scratch, not inheriting a bureaucracy You sit alongside leadership at the heart of a function that drives sunday’s commercial performance globallyJoin early, grow fast, and shape the journey!Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the RevOps operating cadence - sprint planning, commit gates, weekly reviews, and retrospectives. You run the sprint board as the central system of record and ensure work releases in coordinated, predictable cycles across all pillars.Own intake, prioritization & backlog governance - you triage incoming requests, route work to the right pillar, manage the backlog, and partner with the Head of RevOps on prioritization. You build the system that keeps intake from becoming chaos.Drive documentation, change management & operational rigor - you govern documentation standards across the function, own change management for material systems and process changes, and build the operating playbooks that make RevOps repeatable and scalable.Coordinate cross-pillar programs end-to-end - from Salesforce migrations to major GTM transformations, you sequence and deliver complex programs that span Revenue Platforms, GTM Engineering, and Commercial Ops.Maintain stakeholder communication rhythms - you keep leaders across Sales, AM, CS, and Product informed and aligned. You translate executive priorities into program plans and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.Audit and improve from day one - in your first 30 days, you map current intake mechanisms, sprint cadence, documentation state, and operating rhythms. You identify the top 5 gaps and come back with a clear 60-day plan to close them.About YouMust-haves (non-negotiable):4+ years in program management, RevOps PMO, strategic operations, or a TPM-adjacent roleProven track record owning sprint cycles, intake systems, or prioritization frameworks for a team or functionExperience operating as a direct partner to a Head of function or VP-level leaderStrong communicator - you translate complexity into clear executive communication and drive cross-functional alignmentOwnership mindset - you own outcomes, not tasks; company problems are your problemsYou’ve built operating systems from scratch — not just maintained them in fully-formed organizationsNice-to-haves:Background in TPM, RevOps PMO, strategic operations, or scaled consulting Experience supporting a RevOps transformation or function rebuildSeries B–D SaaS scale-up experienceExperience working across multiple geographies (US/EU) in async environmentsExposure to GTM engineering, systems architecture, or AI deployment programs (as a coordinator, not an executor)What We OfferSalary: : $120K–150K depending on profile and locationStock OptionsA great office in the heart of NYC, Chicago, Atlanta with a balance of in-person and remote workFree Vacation Policy100% Employer-Covered Health Insurance401K PlanInterview ProcessShare your story: Application with resumeLet's get to know each other through a phone screen interviewMeet with the hiring managerImpress your future colleagues with a case studyMeet with a LeaderReference Checks (3 most recent managers)Offer: we want youThank you for taking the time to apply, and looking forward to getting to know you!sunday is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, color, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, ancestry, nationality, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, or on any other basis prohibited by law (except where an attribute is a bona fide occupational qualification).
