Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position for a Field Technical role based in Lubbock, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical systems and infrastructure in the field. This includes performing on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, preparing reports, and supporting project execution. Regular travel to project sites will be required to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions. Qualifications Experience in technical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field equipmentProficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and problem-solvingKnowledge of engineering principles and ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprintsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teamsProficiency in using relevant tools, software, and equipment for technical tasksAdaptability to work both on-site and remotely as neededAbility to travel to project sites and possess a valid driver's licenseAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExperience in infrastructure projects or other engineering-related fields is an advantage
