From initial build to final assembly, our products are designed and built by skilled teams who take pride in their work and the impact it has on customers nationwide.Position Details🕒 Schedule: Monday - Thursday 💼 1st Shift: 5:30am - 4:00pm 💼 2nd Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am ⏱️ Overtime: Required as business needsWhat You’ll Do –You will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, supporting trailer production through hands‑on assembly tasks while following safety, quality, and productivity standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly work across various stages of the trailer‑building processOperate a wide range of hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, needle guns, caulk guns, rivet guns, impact wrenches, huck guns, routers, grinders, and tape measuresPrepare metal and other surfaces by cleaning components and applying solvents as requiredApply caulk to required trailer seams and joints to meet quality and sealing standardsPosition, align, and fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fastenersAssemble sub‑assemblies such as brake hoses, light boxes, axles, air brake systems, nose boxes, wiring harnesses, doors, walls, wheels, and tire‑rim componentsDrill through aluminum, steel, and wood materials according to specificationsPerform measurement layouts using blueprints and drawingsFollow work instructions, process sheets, and company procedures consistentlyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaMeet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards on a consistent basisWork collaboratively with team members to support line flow and production goalsMaintain dependable attendance and work scheduled hours, including mandatory overtimePerform other duties as assigned to support production and operational needsWhat You Bring –Education & Certifications:No formal education requiredNo licenses or certifications requiredSkills & AbilitiesAbility to perform essential job functions safely and effectivelyComfort working at a steady production pace in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and understand blueprints, tape measures, and basic work instructionsBasic math skills, including measurements and fractionsWillingness to learn new tasks, tools, and processesAbility to communicate and work effectively in a team environmentAttention to detail and accountability for quality of workWillingness to follow safety rules, instructions, and company policiesCore CompetenciesReasoning and understanding work instructionsReading and interpreting basic drawingsMeasuring and layout accuracyDecision making and problem identificationCommunication and teamworkWork Environment & Physical ExpectationsThis position requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
