Customer Service Representative

A high volume courier/messenger company is seeking an enthusiastic individual with great phone personality and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment to fill a Customer Service position. This position is Monday - Friday Qualifications/Requirements include but are not limited: Must have 2 years customer service EXPERIENCE with heavy call volume and data entry. Ability to work under pressure Computer savvy and detail oriented Excellent professional communication skills Fluent English Self-motivated and diligent Dedicated multi-task team player Strong work ethic and attendance habits Experience in CXT Software is a plus Heath, Dental, Vision, 401k and Vacation are available and earned after meeting certain threshold criteria.
