Physician / Gastroenterology / Kentucky / Permanent / 1 hour from Lexington

Seeking a BC Gastroenterology physician Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be able to provide consultative services to other providers and complete procedures entailing significant risk Provides administrative and managerial support to Advanced Practice Providers (APP) if applicable and nursing staff Sits on Hospital committees and service lines as needed and requested, in addition to working with Continuing Quality Improvement (CQI) Works with administration to coordinate patient care activities Consults with other physicians concerning matters outside his/her professional specialty Assists in the training and education of students, interns, residents, and other personnel Assists emergency physician in seeing and treating emergency department patients in a timely manner Requirements: KY state license, completion of appropriate residency and fellowship training
