Job SummaryThe Manager, Rewards is responsible for managing enterprise-wide reward activities to improve quality performance across assigned lines of business or markets.Essential FunctionsManage the enterprise quality rewards program and program team to assure execution on all quality rewards for all applicable lines of businessDirect reporting of rewards earned and redeemed for each market and line of business, including analysis of reward impactSupport markets in reward program developmentWork with markets to understand reward program budget impact and provide reports from vendors on rewards spendWork with vendor oversight team to ensure vendors are meeting SLA requirements and supporting programmatic requirementsWork with compliance team to ensure all program requirements are compliant for regulatory and legal requirementsWork collaboratively with all appropriate teams, including markets, EPMO, IT, IRE, Enhanced Benefits, marketing and others to assure a timely and accurately executed rewards programLead internal workgroups and/or committees as appropriate, to improve quality measure outcomesReview and measure progress with management and work team and take appropriate actionCommunicate in a clear, concise, and complete manner with upper management, peers, department staff, other disciplines within the organization, outside agencies and other entities to ensure prompt and proper exchange of information and resolution of issuesPerform any other job related instructions as requestedEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredMinimum of five (5) years of healthcare managed care experience is requiredMinimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff or as a lead in a functional area, managing teams on large scale projects is requiredCompetencies, Knowledge And SkillsExcellent team facilitation skillsFinancial acumenSkilled in cross-function indirect management of teams in a complex matrix systemGood understanding of IT architecture and processesAbility to engage teams in a positive, energetic mannerResearch, data analysis, infographics and trendingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop, prioritize and accomplish goalsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentAttention to detailFamiliarity of the health care fieldFamiliarity with applicable Federal regulations, State regulations, and accreditation standardsEffective listening and critical thinking skillsStrong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalismEffective problem solving skills with attention to detailTraining/teaching skillsLicensure And CertificationNoneWorking ConditionsGeneral office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeCompensation Range$81,400.00 - $130,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
