This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including managing the general ledger, supervising journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closes. The Accounting Manager prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements, monitors fixed asset activity, and supports budgeting and forecasting processes. This position collaborates closely with finance and operations teams to maintain strong internal controls, improve accounting processes, and support financial close automation initiatives. The role also includes managing or mentoring accounting staff, coordinating with external auditors, and providing insights that help leadership make informed business decisions.QualificationsStrong technical accounting skills, including experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting).Demonstrated Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.Knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization policies, depreciation, and asset tracking.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with financial close or automation tools is a plus.Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within an accounting or finance function.Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
