Senior Growth Marketer (Remote)

Mailivery.io is a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS helping B2B companies land emails in the inbox, not spam. We're known for our high-quality email warmup network and we're now evolving into a full deliverability platform. MRR is strong, customers love the product, and we're ready to scale. We're hiring a hands-on, full-stack growth marketer as our first dedicated marketing hire. You'll work closely with the founder and have access to engineering, content support, and a long list of partner integrations to leverage. You'll own marketing execution end-to-end and play a critical role in growing our user base, content presence, and revenue. This is a senior IC role with a clear path to growing into Head of Growth as we scale the team. What You'll Own Execution of our full growth marketing roadmap, with input on strategy GTM execution for new features and the deliverability platform expansion SEO + content (blog, LinkedIn, onboarding, support) Email marketing: nurture flows, onboarding drips, affiliate campaigns Webinars + virtual events to build credibility and drive signups Analytics + funnel reporting to optimize conversion Social content (especially LinkedIn) and community development You're a Fit If You... Have experience marketing a B2B SaaS product, ideally in sales tooling, cold email, or martech Have personally run cold email campaigns and understand deliverability pain firsthand (huge plus) Are a strong writer and strategist Know SEO, content, and funnels cold Want ownership, not micromanagement Enjoy working async and independently, with fast decisions and direct comms Have excellent written English Compensation Base salary: $4K-$5.5K/month USD (DOE) Quarterly performance bonus Revenue share on growth milestones (real upside tied to MRR expansion) Remote setup budget + flexible PTO Path to Head of Growth title and equity-equivalent participation as we scale Location Remote-first, async-friendly. Open globally. We've had strong results with candidates from Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia), Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico), and the Philippines. Some overlap with US Central time (Chicago) is helpful but not required.
