FPC of Orlando is seeking a senior HR leader for a 500+ person global manufacturing facility in the Indianapolis area. This is a high-impact role at a modern, non-union plant, leading a team of 10+ HR professionals. Position Summary FPC of Orlando is hiring a Human Resources Manager to serve as the site-level leader for a large-scale, complex manufacturing operation in Central Indiana. This is a leadership position responsible for driving workforce stability and engagement in a fast-paced, growing environment. Core Responsibilities Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10+ HR professionals (Generalists and support staff). Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations , conflict resolution, and performance management, ensuring a fair and consistent non-union environment . Growth & Talent: Drive the site’s recruiting , onboarding, and training efforts to support ongoing operational growth. Strategic Partnership: Partner with plant leadership to shape HR outcomes, ensuring policies align with both plant objectives and global corporate standards. Site Stability: Oversee compensation/benefits administration and workforce retention strategies to ensure long-term stability in a high-volume environment. Candidate Requirements Experience: 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, specifically within a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment. Leadership: Proven track record of leading an HR team in a large-scale facility (500+ employees). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
