Role: Business Analyst with Equipment finance domain knowledgeLocation: Charlotte, NC/Raleigh, NC/Atlanta, GA (Onsite)Job Type: ContractHere is the JDKey Responsibilities10+ years of experience in equipment finance products including loans, leases (operating & capital), and vendor financeSupport origination, credit underwriting, booking, servicing, billing, and collections processesElicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)Act as liaison between business, product, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverySupport UAT planning, execution, and sign offParticipate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviewsAssist with data analysis, reporting, and regulatory/compliance-related requirementsExperience with US banking clientsRequired Experience & SkillsStrong hands on experience in Equipment Finance / Asset Finance / LeasingSolid understanding of commercial lending and lease servicing conceptsProven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial servicesExpertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder managementExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS ExcelNice to HaveExposure to core lending or leasing platformsPrior onsite or client facing delivery experienceDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
