Developer L3 - Product Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Developer L3 - Product Support Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Own complex issues end-to-end, including investigation and resolution of escalated tickets
Support active project deployments by troubleshooting issues and validating deployment prerequisites
Analyze and troubleshoot production behavior, proposing and verifying remediation plans
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in software engineering, application support engineering, SRE, or similar roles
Strong experience with relational databases, ideally SQL Server, including T-SQL query analysis
Experience with enterprise integrations, including APIs and scheduled dataflows
Familiarity with cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure, including Kubernetes
Proven ability to troubleshoot collaboratively in a remote/async environment
