Salary Range: $78,874 - $95,028 (Minimum-Midpoint)

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
Texas Principal Certification
Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) and/or Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) and Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) Certified
Three (3) years classroom experience, preferably in grades 6-12
Administrative experience preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Thorough understanding of school operations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate campus support operations
