The Maintenance Team Leader will oversee and manage maintenance operations to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance technicians, developing and enforcing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed, and reporting on overall maintenance activities. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining high operational standards and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and effective management in a maintenance or production environment.Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure machinery and systems operate efficiently.Proficiency in Maintenance Management and Operations Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and maintenance activities effectively.Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in industrial equipment.Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cartersville, GA.Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance or equipment repair are a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or degree in a related field preferred.
