Job description: Commercial roofing sales in Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for revenue generating of existing properties that are for commercial flat roof systems, and metal roofs. In 90 days, 100% commission to prove your abilities. A 30 day weekly draw against commissions available. Ability to create 5-10 new appointments a week. Maintain contacts in CRM database. Generate a minimum $85,000 a month in gross contract revenue. Sell roof maintenance agreements. Must provide vehicle and tools required for roof evaluations. If you are not a self starter that can market and close deals, nor accomplish these goals, Do Not Apply!
Qualifications:
No roofing knowledge required. Strong sales and account management skills must be demonstrated. If you do not have sales experience, DO NOT APPLY.
