Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Staff member at FPJ Manufacturing's facility located in Houston, TX. The role involves participating in daily production tasks, including planning and organizing production schedules, maintaining quality control standards, and supporting the management of production activities. Additional duties include assisting with staff training and ensuring a seamless workflow to meet production timelines and objectives. Qualifications Production Planning and Production Management skills for organizing and executing manufacturing workflows effectivelyExperience with Quality Control to ensure products meet defined standards and specificationsStrong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectivelyTraining abilities to assist in onboarding and skill development of production team membersAttention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environmentPrior experience in manufacturing or production roles is advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
