This is a highly visible opportunity to build and own long-term capital planning, partner cross-functionally across finance, operations, and capital projects, and influence how capital is deployed across the business. If you're a finance leader who enjoys operating in the details while driving strategic investment decisions, apply now.What you'll do:Build and own the long-term capital planning framework across the portfolioDevelop models forecasting capital investments over a 10-30 year horizonPartner with Capital Projects, Operations, FP&A, and IT to evaluate and integrate initiatives into financial plansTrack and analyze capital expenditures across infrastructure upgrades and large-scale projectsSupport leadership with capital allocation decisions, scenario modeling, and investment analysisWho you are:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field7-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or capital planningExperience supporting large-scale operational or capital initiativesStrong financial modeling skills with the ability to build long-term planning frameworksComfortable partnering cross-functionally with operations, project teams, and finance leadershipStrong communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholdersWhy work here:Highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadershipOpportunity to build and own a critical finance function from the ground upExposure to large-scale capital investment strategy and portfolio decision-makingCollaborative, cross-functional culture across finance and operationsWhat does this position pay?Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.The expected range for this role is $161,000 - $201,000 annual base compensation and bonus.
