Mandatory Requirements:US Citizenship without any dual citizenship and performing work being based within the USA mandatory due to ITAR regulations.Key responsibilities:Troubleshooting: Provide application support by handling and resolving incidents and problems with the JDE application, particularly in manufacturing modules.Incident management: Log, track, and escalate tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within service level agreements SLAs.Root cause analysis: Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to permanent fixes as part of Problem Management.Application support: Assist with software patches, updates, and deployments, and support testing and quality assurance processes.Handling User onboarding and offboarding tickets for JDECollaboration: Work with cross functional teams, including development and business users, to understand requirements and address system problems.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting steps, technical specifications, and processes.Monitoring: Analyze application logs and system performance statistics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Development and Maintenance: Assist in developing, testing, and deploying customizations for manufacturing-specific JDE modules, such as Work Order Processing and Shop Floor Management.Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production, such as those related to work orders, inventory, or bill of materials BOMs.Requirements and Design: Collaborate with business analysts to understand manufacturing needs and help prepare technical specifications and design documents.Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and other team members to ensure JDE solutions align with business requirements and best practices.Testing: Support the design and execution of various tests, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing.Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for system designs, processes, and procedures.Integration: Assist with data migration and integration tasks between JDE and other enterprise systems, such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System).Required skills and qualificationsA bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science, information technology, or engineering.1 - 3 years' experience and familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, familiarity in its manufacturing modules would be a plus.Familiarity with PL/SQLProblem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and fix issues.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate with and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.Knowledge of software support methodologies and bug tracking toolsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
