Sales Representative
Success Over Struggles (SOS) is searching for a Sales Representative to join their in store sales team. The Sales Representative will use their outgoing personality, eagerness to learn, natural enthusiasm and sales experience to assist the on-site marketing and advertising team with all tasks involved in developing and executing our overall client marketing efforts. We are the liaison between clients and the community, building the bridge to generate customer retention, customer engagement and customer acquisition. Sales between yourself and customers is a key part of this role.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Execute sales marketing advertising plans and operational functions to company standards
Participate in product/service knowledge training provided to teams on behalf of management
Execute sales presentation and fundraising directives and standards to event team members
Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to the client, their products and their mission.
Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategy of all new clients the company acquires.
Ensure highest level of sales and customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving goals
Assist the sales manager and advertising teams with any day to day administrative support as requires

Proven ability to set and achieve goals within a sales environment
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a company
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things sales
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and advertising
High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
