Hellas is the only fully integrated sports construction company, controlling all business operations to deliver its products directly to the end-user, including marketing, sales, quality control, project management, maintenance, and warranty.We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast-growing team. This position will primarily handle accounts payable cycle processing and assist with or perform other accounting duties as required.Duties And ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable; review, verify, and match payment documentationCode all invoices to the appropriate GLAssist with payment and invoice matching for check runsUtilize automated accounting systems to enter accounts payable claims and process paymentsAssist with set-up and maintenance of vendor creditMaintain accounts payable filing system and ensure compliance with vendor records and insurance requirementsVerify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactionsRespond to inquiries and assist in supporting and providing relief to other accounting functionsWork with Project Managers to ensure accurate recording and payment of subcontractors, tracking lien waivers and insuranceBecome proficient in the company’s ComputerEase accounting softwareProtect the organization’s value by keeping information confidentialAccomplish accounting and organizational goals by completing related tasks as neededManage a high volume of invoices (over 100 weekly) with strict deadlinesQualifications and Skills:2-5 years of experience in accounts payable and vendor relationshipsConstruction experience is preferableDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracyHighly organized and thoroughProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with new softwareCompany DescriptionHeadquartered in Cedar Park, TX, Hellas is the #1 Sports Construction company in North America.
