For over 30 years, our attorneys have fought to protect the rights of those injured by unsafe railroad working conditions. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant or Paralegal to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional advocacy for railroad employees across the country. Responsibilities Support attorneys through all stages of FELA and railroad injury litigation. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and settlement documents. Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and investigative materials. Conduct factual and background research on clients, defendants, and witnesses. Coordinate with clients, experts, and co-counsel throughout the litigation process. Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and case summaries; assist during depositions, mediations, and trials. Manage litigation calendars and track case deadlines. Perform e-filing in state and federal courts. Qualifications Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury matters. Strong understanding of discovery and trial preparation. Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
