We ship quickly, test in the open, and judge our work by one thing: whether homeowners end up better off.We are hiring a Director-level People Business Partner to operate as a business leader embedded with the company's most critical teams, using AI and data to drive execution, insight, and speed. This role exists to raise the bar, increase talent density, and remove organizational friction so leaders can execute faster and better.This is not a traditional HR role. This is a high-judgment, high-trust operator role.What you'll doThis role has four core product areas.
