Field Service Representative DispatchableAs a Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, media filtration, wastewater, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF).Key CharacteristicsConduct maintenance and calibration activitiesConsult with customer management and operation teamsExcellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skillsEnsure contract compliance of volume and quality specificationsOperate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceDuties & ResponsibilitiesCarry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performedMaintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement partsMonitor and maintain chemical injection systemsPerform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirementsEnter and complete work orders, purchase orders and PM Plans in SalesforceDaily timekeeping in KronosComplete and submit expense reportsRespond to system trouble calls and troubleshoot and restore system operation in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEducation & Experience Required:High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent2+ years' experience of service/maintenance (Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience, Pipe fitting) or equivalent in an industrial environmentBasic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting)Able to lift 50lbsWillingness and ability to respond to after hours call-out in 2 hrs or lessCurrent Driver's LicenseAble to maintain Site accessForklift Experience/Training or able to certified100% travel (training/other site visits)Preferred (if applicable):Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technicalCertificate in Instrumentation, electrical, mechanical2 years of experience in Industrial, oil field, refineries, chemical or power, generation plantsWorking with chemicals for water treatmentWorking with corrosive chemicals used for Membrane cleaning operationsAdditional InformationWorking ConditionsMust be able to perform work with appropriate PPE for work (safety toed shoes, safety glasses, bump cap/hard hat, etc.)Time will be split between maintenance work and assembly work.
