Job OverviewOur client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support their growing digital presence. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, assist with social media content management, and help coordinate paid marketing initiatives to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and effectively.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)Independent Contractor PerksHealth Insurance Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringResponsibilities Marketing Admin SupportCoordinate and track ongoing paid google and social media marketing initiativesOrganise campaign calendars and assist with meeting deadlinesPrepare basic performance reports and maintain marketing filesHandle general administrative tasks that support marketing operationsSocial Media & Content ManagementAssist in developing and scheduling daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Write engaging captions while maintaining a consistent brand voiceCollaborate with the Graphic Designer for visual content needsMonitor social media engagement and provide light community managementPaid MarketingAssist in setting up, managing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar)Monitor campaign performance and compile reportsSupport campaign planning and coordinate creative asset requestsRequirements2+ years of marketing support experience in paid Google and Social Media campaignsMust have direct experience assisting with paid marketing campaignsStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time managementKlaviyo experience requiredExcellent written and verbal communicationFamiliarity with marketing tools, CRMs, or project management platforms is a plusNote:Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
