We're seeking candidates fueled by an insatiable curiosity to explore new companies and networks and who are adept at building strong partnerships with business leaders. Your innate curiosity will be essential in identifying emerging trends, understanding client needs deeply, and innovating our approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to be aware of current and upcoming interim and project needs within human resourcesBuild partnerships with Twin Cities based organizations through existing relationships or cultivate new connections through prospecting tacticsIdentify qualified project candidates based on relevant job criteria through a partnership with the Human Resources Interim Solutions recruiting team and by using internet resources, networking, and referralsAssist in candidate interview preparation to ensure an effective and informative interview processFunction as an intermediary between client and candidate during the interview process to effectively respond to issues and concerns.Quality control follow-up during and after the project placement to ensure the success of your HR consultantsCollaborate with the other practice areas within Versique to ensure the firm's continued success and fulfillment of core valuesRequired Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years relevant experienceWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsAn active network of local human resource and/or business leadersA self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independentlyResults and performance-driven, and comfortable with working in a high-achieving, collaborative environmentStrong analytical skills and the ability to seek out and understand client needsA passionate interest in providing professionals with a compelling career opportunity to advance their careers and companies with the human capital necessary to execute strategic plans successfullyLocation: St. Louis Park, MNSchedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday.
