Wash Bay Operator - Pivotal Health Solutions

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Wash Bay Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, degreasing, and preparing machinery, parts, and equipment in a manufacturing setting. This role ensures that all components meet cleanliness standards before assembly, painting, or shipping. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate high-pressure washers, steam cleaners, and other cleaning equipment to clean industrial parts and machineryInspect items for cleanliness and damage before and after washingUse appropriate cleaning agents and degreasers in accordance with safety guidelinesHandle incoming dirty parts and organize workflow for efficient processingMaintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay areaSafely move and position parts using hoists, carts, or forklifts (if certified)Follow company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and hazardous material handlingRecord and report cleaning results and any damaged parts or equipmentAssist with routine maintenance of wash bay equipmentSupport production by ensuring timely cleaning and readiness of parts for next stagesParticipate in 5S and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with light material handling and shop cleanup as neededNotify maintenance or supervisor of equipment issues or supply shortagesCrosstrain in other areas (e.g., parts staging or assembly support) when necessaryPerforms other duties as assigned Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in cleaning, or general manufacturing preferredAbility to use hand tools, materials, and equipment safelyDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistencyPhysically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasksGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed BenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
