Patient Services RepresentativeJob Location: 490 Route 304 New City, NY (Rockland County; outpatient clinic)
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon - Fri - 7:30am - 4:30pm; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss work schedule during interview.)
Salary: $19.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

ResponsibilitiesYou'll achieve success by:
Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while delivering exceptional customer service
Verifying insurance, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care
Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
Answering phone calls, assisting patients, and upholding HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED required
Basic office and customer service skills
Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
