Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Lead .NET Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Angular frontend development, and financial domain applications. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development, design scalable architectures, and drive technical excellence across distributed systems in a fast-paced financial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.)Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using Angular (v10+)Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in finance/banking domainsDesign and build secure, scalable microservices and RESTful APIsEnsure high performance, reliability, and security of financial systemsMentor and guide development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce best practicesDrive CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and automation pipelinesParticipate in architectural decisions and technology roadmap planningTroubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutionsMandatory Requirements10+ years of overall software development experience5+ years of experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platformProven experience with Angular (modern versions)Solid experience working in finance, banking, capital markets, or insurance domainExpertise in microservices architecture and distributed systemsStrong understanding of SQL Server / NoSQL databasesExperience with REST APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/SQS), and event-driven architecturePreferred QualificationsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerizationKnowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)Exposure to real-time data processing, trading platforms, or fintech applicationsStrong understanding of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, data encryption)Soft SkillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinkingEffective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldNice to HaveExperience with financial regulations, compliance, or risk systemsExposure to high-frequency trading or payment systemsCertification in AWS or Microsoft technologies
