LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, LPCC-SComfortable working in-office (Aurora, OH)Comfortable with part-time 1099 positionMaster’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related fieldActive and unrestricted state license (LSW, LPC, MFT, or equivalent)Experience working with children, families, and couplesAbility to provide clinical therapy beyond basic case managementStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working with children aged 5 and up, possess strong skills in family and couples therapy, and have experience providing clinical therapy beyond case managementCompensation$35-$47 per hour depending on license and caseloadTenure StipendMonthly stipend for supervisorsKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and familiesConduct family and couples therapy sessions as neededCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client careProvide teletherapy sessions as applicableSchedule & FlexibilityIn-office availability required Friday, Saturday, and/or SundayOption for remote work Monday–ThursdayMinimum of 15 hours per weekFlexibility to offer late teletherapy sessions after 7 p.m. is a plusWe are looking to hire four new clinicians to support our expanding client base.
